I graduated from the Business Administration program at Humber College and hold certifications in HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads Search. My foundation in business principles combined with these digital marketing credentials gives me a solid base to contribute effectively from day one.

What makes me excited? Social media and content creation! I love how marketing blends creativity, planning, and problem-solving all at once. My customer service background taught me how to truly listen and understand what people need, and my time as a volunteer Marketing Coordinator showed me how fun and impactful it is to help brands connect with their audience.

Beyond my professional skills, I can speak four languages: English, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which allows me to connect with diverse audiences and understand different cultural perspectives.
